Hi Doc,

This is Chirag from Pune. How are you doing ?
How did you experiment with mingle for distributed retros go ?

A few of us in the Pune ThoughtWorks office created a tool to fill this specific gap. You may give it a spin at http://retro.play.railsplayground.net/

Great, thanks. I'm already in touch with Patrick Kua, but if you know of anyone else who's doing this, that'd be great.

I have not. Quite a number of my colleagues at ThoughtWorks have, however, and I'd be happy to connect you to them if you'd like.

Hi,

Have you facilitated any more distributed retrospectives since this one? Did you find any other tools to help you? I'd be interested in hearing any ideas for reducing the pain of trying to run retrospectives over video conference.
