Each of us spends a lifetime learning – learning skills, acquiring knowledge, acquiring experience. Most of us do not realize how much value those skills, knowledge, and experience have to ourselves and to others.

This workshop is presented with short lectures followed by individual and group exercises.

Upon completion of this workshop, each attendee will
